PGN New Member programming is primarily facilitated by Chapters and supplemented with National educational content to ensure a baseline level of skills and understanding across all schools.

Workshop topics provided nationally included “How to Stop Wasting Time and Focus on What Matters Most”, “How to Network and Get Mentors to Guide Your Growth”, and “How to Actually Figure Out the Right Career Path for You.”

Outcomes of the sessions included:

  • Teaching time management skills and providing strategies on how to prioritize essential tasks / eliminate distractions

  • Understanding the benefits of mentorship, different types of mentors, and how to manage and build mentorship relationships over time

  • Reshaping attendee perceptions of success, introducing reflective techniques, and mini-experiments to aid in discovering the right career path and interests for each person

Throughout these three comprehensive workshops, Reagan skillfully guided our members on a transformative journey. From learning to reclaim their time and focus on pivotal tasks to understanding the profound impact of networking and mentorship, each session was a strategic roadmap toward personal and professional growth. These workshops will equip participants with the tools to navigate their career paths with purpose and efficiency in the years to come.
